This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Varaya Pty Ltd T/A Get Set Migrate via our website located at https://www.getsetmigrate.com.au or via the emails sent from or to info@getsetmigrate.com.au

The personal information which we collect and hold about you may include Name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone number, Email address, Passport and ID details, Visa information and payment details in relation to your visa or educational needs as requested you and agreed under our client agreement.

All the information collected from you via our website or via the email will be stored on Microsoft OneDrive (Cloud Storage) to ensure personal data of clients are stored in safe and secure manner within the control of our business.

6. Access and correction

8. Overseas transfer

Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so or where the applicat. If you request us to transfer your personal information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
